As a main designer, my role is to design the entire application experience. Worked with cross-functional team to launch the app.
One of the critical parts of the experience is the application form. The current application shows the fields without proper information grouping and navigation system. We restructured the form, categorized the info, and eliminated unnecessary fields to solve the issue.

We were able to deliver the healthcare mobile application and desktop that are functional and user-friendly. The product helps the healthcare agency complete the hiring process faster to respond to the rising demand for home care professionals. It also helps the applicants to complete the job application quicker and more efficiently.
